1. Can I track my package?

As soon as your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track & trace information

2. What is the delivery time for a pimp my pool poolcover?

Each poolcover is completely custom made. The expected delivery time for the pool cover is 3 weeks.

3. What is the delivery time for pimp my pool accessories and parts?

The following applies to pimp my pool accessories and parts: ordered today, delivered the day after tomorrow!

4. What is the delivery time if I order multiple items?

If you order multiple items, we will do our best to deliver everything to you as quickly as possible and in one go. If a product is not in stock, or if a custom product is included, the delivery time of your entire order is equal to that of the item with the longest delivery time. It is of course possible to deliver the goods that are in stock earlier. In that case we are forced to calculate shipping costs. About returns

1. Can I return purchased items?

You can return ordered items. This is possible within 14 days of receipt of your order without giving any reason. Pay attention! Products that are tailor-made especially for you, such as the pimp my pool pool covers, cannot be returned

2. Can I return my poolcover?

Because your poolcover has been tailor-made for you according to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply and it is not possible to return the poolcover. Are you not satisfied with your poolcover? Please contact customer service via support@pimpmypool.be Then we will look together at how we can solve this.

3. What do I have to do to request a return?

You can report a return to us via support@pimpmypool.be

Then we will send you a return form with a return code.

Returning without a return form is not possible. As soon as we have received the item back, we will refund the full purchase amount, within 14 days at the latest. If the product is damaged or used, we will have to charge you for the costs.
