Want your order delivered quickly and effortlessly? Our shipping service isreliable and efficient. Your order is processed with care and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise. This way, you know exactly what to expect!

Our shipping options areflexibleand tailored to your needs. Whether you choose home delivery (€6 in Belgium and the Netherlands) or a pickup point (€4 in Belgium and the Netherlands),you always choose what suits you best. From €150, you also enjoy free shipping!

Returns

You can return ordered items. This can be done within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

You can report a return to us viasupport@pimpmypool.be

We will then provide you with a return form and address label.

Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund your purchase amount minus the return cost.

For standard shipments, this return cost is €6 (this is lower than the actual cost of the return shipment).

For products that fall outside the standard shipping size or weight, the actual return cost will be charged. This cost is determined based on the carrier's rate.

If the product is damaged or shows clear signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess it, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the return shipment.

Attention! Products that are custom-made for you, such as the pimp my pool pool covers, or personalized products cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to these. If you are still not satisfied with a personalized or custom-made product, please contact customer service viasupport@pimpmypool.beThen we will look together at how we can resolve this.
